Returns & Exchange:
Items can be returned for a refund by post and should be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. If you would like to exchange a product, we recommend that you return your item(s) and place another order separately. To read our full returns and exchanges policy, please visit www.myurbandrops.com. Please note: we are unable to process refunds for expired bank cards. The amount paid will be issued as online store credit.
Complete the returns note and enclose it with your securely packed item(s). Affix the included return slip then send your package to us using a secure delivery method that is traceable and insured. You’ll need to cover the cost of the returning your item(s) and don’t forget to keep your proof of postage.
