All orders are shipped out of our head offices in Milan, Italy. Prices and invoices include the current official Italian VAT (Value Added Tax) and are denominated in euros.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Our quality control check before dispatching an order might also prevent us from shipping a product that does not meet our quality standards, in which case you will be notified accordingly.
Some of our products might be available upon request only, which means that we will order them from our supplier based on a customer’s specific order. In this case they will be tagged with the label “Pre-Order”. Pre-ordered items are Non-Returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights in case of a defective product.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

“My Urban Drops” welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified PayPal account is registered with.
Please reference your order number in your payment to avoid delays. Also note that your order will be processed as soon as your payment is cleared, which might take up to 2 working days depending on bank procedure. Alternatively, you can send your payment confirmation email@example.com for immediate processing of your order.
